follow this process, including:
- Client-viewable Project Room: Enables efficient
communication internally, as well as with clients and other
stakeholders on the team.
- The Project Tracker: Works to keep projects
on schedule and on budget and also streamlines the revision
process.
- Bug Tracker: Database into which all bugs
are entered and tracked until closed. Closely integrated
with the Project Tracker.
- Tour Builder: Allows clients to update their
projects as needed.
- Asset Management Database: Tracks media development
and rights clearance for all assets from inception to ship
date; provides information relevant to original production
and updates.
